No. Your browser creates the final print file and encrypts it before upload. The cloud stores ciphertext only and does not have a key that can turn it back into a photograph.
02How can my photographs be printed?
A released print file can only be unlocked on a protected production workstation after an authentication USB, recent multi-factor authentication, and an audited single-use grant authorize the session. The print-ready file may be handled solely to produce your physical order.
03Are my original photographs uploaded?
No. Cropping, rotation, colour conversion and metadata removal happen on your device. Only the final encrypted 4×6 print file leaves your browser.
04When are my encrypted files deleted?
Order ciphertext and its wrapped keys are scheduled for deletion 30 days after confirmed delivery. Abandoned drafts are deleted after 30 days of inactivity.
05What is included in every pack?
Every pack includes glossy 4×6 prints, privacy-first processing and our signature rigid Noir Envelope presentation box. Shipping and applicable tax are shown at checkout.
06Can I leave spaces in a pack?
Yes. You may submit fewer photographs than your pack capacity, although the pack price remains unchanged.
